It is a good build. I agree with above, a 750 watt PSU is more than you need. I would probably go with the Seasonic Focus Gold 650 watt and save a little money.

What monitor will you be using for this rig? This rig needs a good monitor.

I'm still trying to figure that out. If you have any recommendations on monitors. My budget for monitor is £250. However, let me know all the monitors which you think would be good for this setup. I play games like CSGO and Fortnite mostly. Also will be doing a lot of editing so let me know!

Oh okay thanks! I will likely go for 650w.

A gaming rig will only be as good as your monitor. 250 is not a big budget for a monitor for a monitor to pair with the rig you are building. I would recommend trying to push the monitor budget some if you can. If you cant, you may want to drop to some cheaper components in your rig so you can put the money towards a good monitor.

If you are going with a gtx 1080, then you have to get a 1440p monitor or greater resolution. Any lower resolution and the monitor will be the bottleneck to your 1080 and you should just go with a 1070 because you will get the same performance.

Here is a decent monitor that has some nice features. I really like the TN panel, but with your budget, you really don't have a choice. It is 385, but it would pair very well with your setup.

Here is a cheaper monitor that is a good price and under your budget. But it is on sale and I don't know how long it will be priced this way. For the most part, it has the same features as the panel above except it does not have gsync. Gsync is for Nvidia cards that it will match your monitor refresh rate to the fps rate your GPU is pushing. What that means is that game play is very smooth and there is very little lag. Even with lower fps, gameplay is butter smooth. But, gsync is not cheap. So if you are firm on your budget, then this may be a good option.

Very good build with one exception.
Your case supports a 161mm air cooler.
I suggest the noctua NH-D15s at half the price.

The NH-D15s will cool better, be easier to install, be quieter, more reliable, and will not leak.

On the monitor, bust your budget for a great monitor.
It will be with you for a very long time.
GTX1080 will support most anything decently.

Unless you will be storing large sequential files such as videos, I would defer on the hard drive until you actually need the extra space.
For storage, WD red/blue/green will work as well as black and likely cost less.
