PC Sounds are heard by friends in call with microphone muted

I have a SADES-708 Headset and whenever I play sounds in my pc, they can hear it clearly even when I lower it. Some things that I found out is, when I unplug my headset microphone, they can still hear my pc sounds. Another thing is, when I turn off the microphone in the headset wire, they can also still my computer sounds. Any fix to this?

Nevermind, I fixed this by using my motherboard plugs instead of my front panel ones on the case.
