Logitech c920 Randomly freezes my computer

I have a logitech c920 camera and use OBS Studio. Randomly while switching between scenes on OBS or doing nothing at all, the camera will freeze and doesn't do anything or my whole complete freezes and i have to force shut down to do anything.

Things I have done:
-New drivers, updated drivers, rollback drivers
-different USB ports
-Camera works just fine as it works no problem in windows 7 (no freezes EVER)
-tried on other windows 10 machines with the same problems.
-Tried a different logitech c920 camera with same results.

So at this point i don't know what to do. I want to use Windows 10 so I can use the Elgato stream deck but having the camera freeze in a middle of a live stream isn't working.....

If you say it works fine in windows 7, try running the program in compatibility mode for windows 7. If that doesn't work check the system requirements and see what .net framework version it requires, you may need to update.
