Power Supply Idle Control in motherboard GA-AB350 GAMING 3

Could anyone explain me for what is this option? And what's the recommended setting to have? I got my ryzen 1600 OC to 3.9, will this option interfere?

Just leave it on auto.
Your cpu is over clocked anyway (meanin g c-states are disabled) .

The option is there for older psu's which donnot support very low power states & are known to shut off while the pc is idling on deaktop.

Will not be an issue to you.
