For the past week, I've been having to constantly go back to the previous version of Windows 10 because it automatically updates, but this most recent update makes my wireless card stop being recognized. I've checked to see if my drivers need updating but there hasn't been any change since around this time last year. My wireless card is an ASUS PCE-AC56.

Windows 10 tends to do it's bit of being a smart fella and downloads drivers it thinks are good for your system. You may want to see if there are any BIOS updates pending for your system/motherboard. You can likewise try and perform a repair install and see if that changes anything for your wireless connectivity.
