Cant use account on forums

My husband wanted to start using this forum too but his account is giving him issues. He logs in and when he does it's constantly refreshing the page. When he wants to post on he forums it takes him back to the log in page. When I log in I use my Google+ log in. He doesn't. It works fine for me and when I made an account myself without Google+ it gave me the same issue on my other computer and my phone as well. I ran scans for malware and viruses and it's fine. I also tried other browsers. His account is named Clone.
