Is my Displayport capable of displaying 1440p 144hz?

My monitor: Dell S2417DG
Gpu: Gtx 1080

As you can see here https://imgur.com/a/aABj5 (This picture also shows that I'm using the Displayport port) and https://imgur.com/b0oCC5U, I already setup my refresh rate to be 165hz (I tried with 120hz as someone suggested, same results) but my UFOTest doesn't show me more than 60fps when I'm testing it: https://imgur.com/HkkBG91 and other users say UFOTest shows their 144hz or 120hz. What am I doing wrong here?

Use Firefox, UFO test doesn't work properly on Chrome

I tried using other browsers and I'm getting 82 fps. That's half of 165 so does that mean it's actually registering my monitor's refresh rate but since it can't hit 165 at all times it halves the refresh rate due to V-Sync?

Yes. It's difficult to get framerates above 120 on that test. My 144 Hz monitor flickers between 72 and 144.
