Can't press ctrl+z

I cannot find a solve for this weird issue. I cannot use ctrl+z by any kind, meaning i cannot undo in certain programs by shortcuts. I tested this in passmark keyboard test and it confirms.
I can actually use other combos with ctrl and z such as ctrl+shift+z or z+ctrl but not ctrl+z..
Tested with another keyboard, it doesn't work either, meaning it's an windows-side issue

Try a clean boot - carefully read instructions and make sure NOT to close all Microsoft services or Win 10 won't boot right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

that will test if the problem is caused by a start up program or not. If it fixes it, slowly re apply applications back to start up, restarting each time to test if it happens or not.

Does KB have its own driver software or use default drivers?
