I believe that feature is still broken so I think the admins have to do it. try e-mailing Community@tomshardware.com

This is getting a little ridiculous. I have been trying to keep my account credentials on this site but change my email. When you go to contact for Toms you are redirected to Purch with no info in regards to account change. When I try it I receive a confirmation email but it does not change my email. Already posted once on this with one response with no results. Anyone offer me some help? Thanks

You need to directly contact community@tomshardware.com directly with the request. It is the ONLY way it can be changed and it is not a simple process, so be patient. Yes, we know this is silly, but with aging proprietary forum software, it is what it is.

OK it has been close to two weeks and I have sent numerous emails explaining my situation. I do not understand why no one can respond. I do not think it is unreasonable for a user to change their email and not have it corrected. Please someone help here. Nothing works.

Two months later and still nothing has been changed. Should I just give up? I'm not asking for a lot here, just a basic email change. Thanks

Yeah, we realize that and I assure you that this IS on the top of the list of things that we're hammering those higher up the food chain about. It has not been forgotten, there are just,...problems, that are being sorted out within the list of priorities. I get that it sucks and should be a simple process.

Unfortunately, it's not right now. That's all I can really tell you.
