Phenom X4 replacement budget cooler

I wanted to replace the stock cooler for my Phenom X4 9950 BE since it's too noisy. I shortlisted some budget coolers but I still couldn't decide which one to buy yet.

The candidates are
-Antec A40
-Antec C40
-Cooler Master Hyper H410R
-DeepCool Gammaxx S40 (Not sure it's copper pipes or not)

My case is a micro ATX size so I couldn't fit coolers taller than 140mm so I could not choose Hyper212 series. Also my budget is about 20$. I don't plan to OC my CPU, just gonna play some games along with my HD6670 GPU. Please help me decide which one of these to buy.

They are all about same except C40 which has 92mm fan so it might be noisier but all of them should do.

Actually all of them except Deepcool has 92mm fan. Deepcool has a 120mm fan but judging from the pictures it looks like using aluminum tubes?. However according to spec sheet C40 is the least loudest of them at 22dBA.
CoolerMaster and Deepcool are reputed brands when it comes to cooling so I believe their spec sheet but I'm not so sure about Antec which is why I came to this forum.

Here I've made a small spreadsheet comparing their specs. Not much info is available on stock cooler.
