I cannot reset my password

Hi Tom's hardware,

I am trying to reset my password on my main account because I have forgotten it. When I try to send myself an email to get my email reset it does not appear in my emails, I have checked my junk mail and nothing is found.

I have currently setup this account because I cannot find support for my issue.

Please can you help so that I can get my main account back.

? This account wasn't just setup. It has activity from 2015 on it. I also don't see a second account attached to it. What "main account" are you trying to access?
