Hello,
Today I found this problem with my laptop. As usual I turned it on, but this time everything worked really slow, every action is 2-3 minutes delay. I get weird empty windows pop-up boxes with no text except for "C:" and "Runtimebroker.exe". (Which I have enclosed)
Task Manager does not respond.
Safe mode seems to be working fine, tried to recover the system, but it doesn't work.
Laptop is not getting hot, it just feels like something is taking up all of the RAM.
