CPU Temps fluctuating wildly after installing Corsair H60 cooling

I installed a new cooling system (a Corsair h60) after realizing my cpu temps were hitting 100c under load. I installed the new cooling system, checked bios to make sure pump is working at full capacity and that the fan is running, but yet even at idle my starting temp is 100c, which then lowers to at lowest 48c, which will wildly fluctuate between around 50c and 70c

I have an i7 core 6700k with no overclocking, an H110m motherboard, and my vcore idles at about 1.008V

As the applied core voltage and clock speeds of a 6700K vary widely many times per second, temps will also vary instantaneously and widely many times per second as measured on HWMonitor...

The H60 is not a huge radiator, I'd expect 50C to 70C would be normal, truthfully....; try to keep it's fan ramped up enough in gaming/heavy loads so that the fluid never gets really too warm, if possible, which helps prevent borderline thermal runaway, where warmer fluid leads to less cooling leading to even warmer fluid, etc....
