Is there any way to reset the windows 10 setings to default, only the settings... I don't want to delete anything at all, is there a way to reset just the settings?
it appears that happened after a windows version update. see if this helps
search for command prompt
right click the control panel result and run as admin
type powercfg -restoredefaultschemes and press enter
If you intend to give the system away or sell to an unknown fella, I'd suggest you do a clean install of your OS, that way your data is secure. You may want to follow through this guide to reset your PC but I don't know how far it'll take you per your desired path.
What settings and sort of settings do you want to revert to?

It's not my intention to sell, I just want the settings reset to the default. If I'm only able to reset a part/section of the settings it would be the power settings (I'm using a laptop)
right click start
choose power options
under related settings, pick Additional power settings
pick the plan you are currently using and choose Change plan settings
click Restore default settings for this plan
click save changes
you can do it for all the plans but only 1 at a time.

Thanks for your reply
The reason why I am asking the question is because i only have one plan to choose between. I used to have three, but now I only have one, do you know why?
