Well I Live In Greece and My Budget Is Around 800-900 Euros.

Rm650x will be good, if you wish to upgrade to a more power gpu.

Are you planning to overclock? If not, there is very little difference between i5 8400 and i5 8600k, and you can pick a B360 board (B360 pro 4) instead of the as z370 ex4. And use the Saving to buy a 1060 6gb

Yeah I am Planning to try overclocking the 8600K to 5.0ghz with this motherboard because people say that it works and it's good..... The 1060 6gb is 150 Euros More Than the rx560 (in here at least).I picked the rx560 not only because It's cheaper but also because the monitor that I'll get supports freesync technology..... Thanks for answering :)..... And you're right I should get the rm650x.

The thing is even you maxed out like 5.3 ghz in cpu, at most you get is 40% power compare to 8400, at most your cpu will be 40% faster which it’s not. Your gpu in another hand, 1060 or rx580 is 130 % faster on paper.

Well THANK YOU <3....! This is a better suggestion... if you consider the 144hz monitor and the more powerful 1050ti GPU ( He Is Actually Using The Gigabytes Card : https://www.skroutz.gr/s/10262687/Gigabyte-GeForce-GTX1050-Ti-4GB-G1-Gaming-GV-N105TG1-GAMING-4GD.html ) But I Think That I should Stick Up With The Asrock Z370 Extreme4 And The Intel Core I5 8400, rather than the Ryzen 5 1600 And The B350 :) ) Thanks For Even Taking The Time To respond though... <3

Yeah, I know that the gtx1060 is A LOT BETTER and WAY FASTER and MORE LIKE POWERFUL and the i5 8400 and i5 8600K will do no big difference in what I wanna do with my PC ( I'll see what I'll do with that ) .... <3 But The thing is that I can't afford the 1060 and If I could I would probably get a RX 570 or 580 that are in the same price ( I Love freesync <3 ). So Yeah Thanks For Your Time Men <3 :* :) .....

An Intel i5 CPU is a better choice if you want to game at 144Hz with a HD resolution display.
You do understand a GTX1050Ti is not powerful enough to run a 144Hz display at anything like full speed, don't you?
My suggestions:

Well I'm not Familiar with building new Computers etc. So I don't know that much about what supports what.... I forgot to mention that I want a 21'5 inch monitor so I think that I'll stick up with the first one ( sorry )..... And The Build that you recommend has just a better GPU that the one that I firstly said..... I also said that I do not want to go for a GTX GPU Because I want the freesync technology.... So instead of the GTX 1060 I would go for the RX 580 or 570 but they are just more expensive and I don't want to waste that much money for a GPU..... <3 ... Thanks for your time.... :)

where i'm right now, 8400+cheap z370/h370/b350 and rx580 4GB is (230+140+420 roughly 800CAD or 520 eruo),
8600k + ex4 + nh-d9l + rx560 4gb is (300+230+70+210, roughly 810 CAD or 525 eruo), it's the same price.

@ zyh1987: Yep, but the prices are different in Greece, the i5 8600K is <>60 Euro more expensive than a i5 8400 and a decent Z370 MB significantly more than the cheap one I linked (it's as cheap as the currently available 'H' boards in Greece but has better connectivity ).

@ kountjoma: You are trying for the impossible here.
If we provide a i5 8600K+a good quality Z370 motherboard so you can overclock safely, we have to cut the cost of the graphics card to stay within budget.
That means your system will be slow, no matter what overclock you apply to the CPU, a graphics card like the RX560 just isn't fast enough to run modern games quickly and will be a restriction (bottleneck ) when gaming.

In the meantime here's about the fastest system I can come up with that stays around 900 Euro.

According to my maths the above comes in at 915 Euro, you can drop it to below 900 Euro by using my original i5 8400/cheap Z370 motherboard and, apart from the overclocking you will not be able to see the difference in games.
