I installed a plc setup and it caused my laptop to slow

plc s7 200 simulator.
I couldn't run it with administrator.

To run it, first you need to open your s7 200 app and do your program exercise. When you are done save it exporting it to a file name that PLC can handle (awl file). Open your s7 200 simulator, load program and select which version of software you are using then press accept and you will the save program.
