cant decide new monitor

Hi,

i'm looking for a new monitor because i only have 1 now
its a VG248QE, 1080p 144hz 24inch
i still like it tho but feel like an upgrade with 2end monitor and take it as my main

i got a gtx1080ti

i like fps competitive games and casual and watch movies, i don't watch tv.
read also that 1044p also has almost no content now, except gaming,
movies will be worse and then a 32 ''would it be much worse ?
or just stick with a 27'' and 1080p until the real time comes

so with all that there is no perfect monitor


one of these monitors good ? because whats the sweet spot i sit like 2 feet away from screen
will the 32 inch not be too stretch pixels ? cant see it in real life

the PG279Q , is it that bad BLB ?
ASUS ROG Strix XG32VQ

or something else in mind ? that i look over some new display coming soon ?
i want a new experience must be better then older one,
if i spend the big bucks it needs to be worth it
i dont wanne pay that much and regret what i bought

A 1080ti is a great match for a 1440p, 144hz, 3 (or 1) ms, gsync screen like the S2716DG. It’ll be a big visual upgrade from what you have and doesn’t break the bank:

As far as movies, not sure. Any time I watch 1080p movie trailers and the like in full screen they look fine.

well neflix is mostly 720p at peak hours,

i don't really like dell, because of bad computer rigs , quality and advertising specs that are not true,
i dont know about monitors tho,

Interesting. I’m on Charter cable near Sti Louis and it never fails to hit 1080p w/surround regardless of time of day.

I've been in IT since ‘94 and been through Dell, HP, Lenovo, Gateway, and more and have had the occasional bad unit no matter the brand. All of them were exactly what we ordered spec wise.

Just give it a look. Love mine and heard good reports back from those that have purchased based on our recommendations.

in europe it is, guess a little server they have and drop quality for compensating all users
