Triple screen - again?

Hi! I checked few topics but couldn't find my answer that's why I'm posting another topic with a long known problem for casuals.
So I have trouble setting up my 3rd monitor to my GTX 970. Until today I had 2 of them 1 with VGA -> DP and 1 with VGA -> DVI connections. I tried to add 3rd one which was supposed to run on another VGA -> DP as my PC Case is a little in way of HDMI port and it won't run in any way - Screen is detected by Nvidia control panel and Windows, however, I can not activate it. All monitors/cables work fine - they work in any wanted setup of 2 - just can't go all 3 at once.

It's not mentioned in the description but the box says 'Active digital to analogue conversion' - therefore I am 99% sure that's the active one. Still not working

There have been a number of dp related issues with the 970 which seem to be a vbios issue. Try hdmi to vga.

As mentioned before it is kinda problem because of my PC case - I don't wanna shove it into HDMI as it may do something to graphics card and well I bought already VGA -> DP so I would like to use it
