hi guys

Anyone with any pc building knowledge, have purchased a pc. all new parts. pre built and when I got there I saw it working.

got it home and it wont boot. Not even a light from the motherboard or GPU when power unit is plugged in.

I have tried different plugs just in case and still nothing.
there is a quiet noise coming from the PSU and then when I push the on button it changes tone but the fans on the PSU don't even start or the red/blue lights connected to it. the box was very secure in the passenger seat with seat belt on when I drove.

any ideas what it might be? PSU dead or MOBO? no static or anything got to it either.

Thanks in advance

yeah that's what I put it down to. I have tried everything, I have a spare pc upstairs but not sure if the psu is powerful enough for this pc. shall I try it with that one?

I tried with no memory still nothing. I had a ligh on for a moment in the Ethernet port but that went out. Does that mean anything?
