Unusual windows process in task manager

By mistake, i installed a malicious software. I got rid of it through my antivirus but when I look into the task manager, the CPU usage is always up to 80% or more. When I look through the processes, there is just a symbol that has no name and is using 60 to 75% of the CPU( I have attached a screenshot https://imgur.com/agTk2ui ). Should i be worried?
If yes, then what should I do?

Try right-clicking the Name space (the area to the right of the icon) and select Properties to determine if you can find out more about the process.

Resource Monitor may also help identify the process.

I did that, it shows it to be svchost under the path C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Should it really be like that?
And why does it have to constantly use at least 60% of the CPU?
