Does it shows only one core in 'Task Manager?
Open Task Manager, select the 'Performance' tab, right click the CPU graph, and select 'Change graph to logical processors'. It will show you the amount of cores (2) and threads (4).

If it doesn't show the right amount of cores then it could be disabled in the BIOS
You might need to enable all cores and threads.

It has been always like that or it just happened?
Its a new build or it happened after an upgrade?
It appears the core might need to be enable in the BIOS.
Which motherboard model do you have?

Yes, i bought it 2 months ago, before, I had g3900, but I didn't realize that problem, I thought the performance was because the only 4gb ram.
My mobo is asrock h110m-dvs 3.0.
I dont know how to enable it in the BIOS but I'll read bout it.

Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
Remove the CMOS battery (it looks like a coin) wait 10 seconds and place it back in its location.
Plug the power cord and turn ON the computer.
Check to see if it shows the correct data (2 cores /4 threads)

If it doesn't then you need to update your BIOS, it might need a firmware update to support your CPU
Get the latest BIOS firmware -> here, select the Windows version.

I've tried remove the cmos battery, but didn't work, now I'll try the second and tell you, but seems difficult to update.

Just download the file version 7.40, dated 3/6/2018 for Windows.
Extract the zip file. double click the extracted file to run the BIOS update.

Estimable
Does it say 1 core 2 threads in BIOS? Cores shouldn't simply vanish and should report themselves to task manager. You should be seeing 4 cores (2 real or 4 virtual) in task manager. They are either disabled in BIOS or Windows, or there is corrupt boot configuration data.

Cores can be disabled in msconfig > boot > advanced options.

Worst case scenario a Windows reinstall would fix this if the issue is with Windows.

You need to enter the BIOS and enable the core manually
Resetting the BIOS could do the trick.
Power on your PC and press <F2> or <Del> to enter the BIOS setup.
Hit the F9 key to Load optimal default values for all the settings.
Press the F10 key to save changes and exit the BIOS

or

Power on your PC and press <F2> or <Del> to enter the BIOS setup.
Press <F6> or click the "Advanced Mode" button at the upper right corner of the screen to switch to "Advanced Mode" for more options
Select the Advance tab
Under Active Processor Cores, select the number of cores to enable in the processor.
Press the F10 key to save changes and exit the BIOS.

Yes, but the mobo is used and always worked fine

Go back to 'System Configuration' select the 'Boot' tab, click the 'Advanced Options' button and uncheck 'Number of processors' and 'Maximum Memory' then Click OK and reboot.
