I paid $352.26 in total and plan to ask $200, is that fair?

I would ask 250, 16gb's of ram is not cheap. That exact kit of ram is 80 dollars new. So that's about 130-150 dollars in ram alone. Not to mention you have a working board and a still decent CPU for a mid range gaming PC.

Post it at 250 and you will get lower offers so go as low as 200 or 225 if you can.

It's gonna cost near $200 to replace the 16GB of RAM alone. Your USED DDR3 has gone UP in value. Are you sure you want to sell?

Is there really anything that PC can't do? An upgrade to an i7-4770K would be a lot cheaper than whatever build you're planning.

Thats DDR4, we are talking about DDR3 so we are looking at round 150 for that exact set.

Still more than they paid though

Yes, but your referencing 16gb's of DDR4 which is much more expensive than DDR3 so that 200 new pricing is not relevant to the OP's DDR3

The last part for my upgrade comes in today and I will be putting it together tonight. As soon as it I have the upgrade done, I'll be putting the old parts up for sale. I'll try for the $250 selling price. I'm going to list the parts locally and hope for the best.

Did you read all the other comments? If you would have you would know the OP is listing it at that so the OP has room to drop the price a little.
