I dont know whats wrong with my windows 10 maybe?

So this hasnt happenes before. Im running windows 10, and whenever i boot up amd log in and arrive at my desltop my programs are taking FOREVER to start up. It even takes forever for them to decide that they want to stop responding. If i wait long enough the programs will open but theres like 15 second delays ehen i click on anything. This had never been an issue for me before and i have no idea where to begin.

Open taskmanager, and watch which processes use CPU/HDD.

I recently posted a question about how all of my programs are always in a startup phase and there are 15 second delays for clicking it feels like. Someone responded saying i should check my task manager and see whats taking up my cpu/hdd. My cpu usage says its only at 4% and my hdd is at 50%, the app im running(discord) being a good chunk of that. So it seems like nothing is overloaded, i dont know where to go from here.
