Need help choosing monitor, BenQ GL2460HM or LG IPS 22MP48. Which one is better?

Needed help here. I am going to purchase an Used Monitor.

BenQ GL2460HM 24 inch for 70 USD
Or
LG IPS 22MP48 22 inch for 50 USD.

Which one is better?

I tried to contact LG chat support and they are so busy they cannot answer. I would say that indicates they are busy because they don't have good products, and my $300 monitor died within two months. For those prices, I'd go with the BenQ.
