First ITX Build Advice

Hi, I’m building a mini itx system for gaming, browsing and sometimes extremely basic photo editing. I’ve pulled apart and rebuilt many pcs and laptops in the past but have never built myself a pc from scratch. I’ve already picked out the parts that I think best suit my needs but would be welcome to suggestions of similar components around the same price. One of my biggest concerns is cooling given the small form factor and the fact that room temps can reach 40C plus where I live. Any advice would be welcome but more specifically do I need to purchase a third case fan, use non stock thermal compound such as thermal grizzly or purchase an aftermarket cpu cooler (I was looking at the cryorig c7) or all of the above so the system isn’t as hot as the sun?
Thanks for any advice
