Any 24-27" IPS 144HZ 1MS IPS Monitor Recommendations?

Hi, just upgraded my gaming rig which has the following specs now:
i7-7700K
Asus GTX 1060 6GB OC
Asus Strix Z270-F
Corsair H60 - watercooling
NZXT H440
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3200MHZ
Changed my old pc so now its time for the monitor to go as well, the one im using now, it's just a standard 60Hz 5ms Asus 21" monitor.
Does anyone know a 24" ish IPS 144HZ 1MS IPS Monitor for gaming & watching movies. Resolution 1920x1080, 4K isn't a must since im a little lowkey on money.

There are no 144 Hz IPS displays at 1080p at the moment. You can find some VA monitors like the C24FG73 if you don't mind a curved panel though.

Ahh I see. what would you recommend. 144Hz VA or 60Hz IPS?
