looking for a good G-sync monitor

im looking for a G-sync monitor my budget is $500 and i have a 1080 ti
graphics card

That's only $530 but you get a TN panel instead so the color isn't quite as good and off-angle viewing will tend to be off even more but a good TN panel isn't bad per say just not as good as a good IPS panel.

Now in addition to TN panels you're dropping to only 24" screens which is quite noticeably smaller than 27".

Summary:
Those are the main choices AFAIK.

If the budget is really tight around $500 then I'd get the 2nd choice (TN panel).
