Meltdown and Spectre updates

Can someone point me all MS Windows Updates, correlating to Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities? I am thinking of updating my Windows 10 with Windows 10 April 2018 Update and therefore would want to uninstall Spectre and Meltdown updates afterwards. Thanks!

It will install them all itself, its Windows 10 after all. But you want to Flash your BIOS to the latest version too. That is how you will get the most out of it all

It will install them all itself, its Windows 10 after all. But you want to Flash your BIOS to the latest version too. That is how you will get the most out of it all

I pause the updates each month for a 30 days and it doesn't install them. This way I am postponing them 4 months for now. So the idea is to install April Update and after that to search for each update individually and uninstall it. I haven't touched my BIOS either and it's working like a charm.

The thing with uninstalling a security update is that I will be uninstalling all the other security fixes also, included in the update - for windows defender, internet explorer/ms edge, etc. ..., but there isn't a complete happiness after all. I prefer no performance impact before the minimal chance of a hacker, interested in and exploiting my personal files, which are of no interest to anyone, anyway.
