Trackpad issues after Windows 10 1803 (17134.1) update

Hey everyone!

I have a ROG GL552VW. I've updated to the latest version of windows 10 recently (April update). Since this update, I've been facing issues with my trackpad. The 3-finger gesture doesn't seem to work properly.

Earlier, swiping up with 3 fingers from an active window shows the "Task view". Swiping down, returns to the same active window again. After the update, swiping up does reveal the task view but swiping down glitches the task view and exits to desktop.

I've tried updating my graphic drivers and stuff but nothing seems to solve the problem.

Anyone else facing the same issue? Any way to fix this?

Yes, this is Asus Smart Gesture. I've tried reinstalling my trackpad driver. Also tried updating it to the latest one. Still, no luck. It is still broken. To my surprise, all other gestures are working fine.

Hello,

I created an account just to say i have the exact same issue also on an asus laptop. I think we have to wait for asus to update smart gesture but it's annoying, they had many months to come up with a fix before the official release.
