Compatibility with LGA1150

I'm looking to upgrade my computer and I thought about buying the I5 4690K and the GTX 1050T but I don't no if it's compatible with my socket, which is the LGA1150. Would be a great help if anyone could tell me if it is or not.

Most of lga1150 motherboard should support i5 4690k with the latest bios, some board maker or OEM may not bother because the extra cost.

i would say, if the motherboard is from Asus/Gigabyte/MSI/Asrock or OEM like HP/DELL/LENOVO, chance of them having the right bios are very high.

z97 and h97 supports them by default, i think. other needs mobo updates.
