1) Monitors usually last long. As a rule of thumb longer warranty means, the manufacturer trusts its own product, and it will in fact last longer.
2) Build quality or picture quality? Response time/colour acuracy/ contrast what are your priorities exacty?
3) Do you mean overclocking? I do not really undertand that one.

Out of the two I would definitely go with the Benw PD2700Q !
Very similar models for a bit less are the BenQ GW2765HE and GW2765HT !
If you write more about your use case and give a max budget I am happy to recommend other models too!

My budget is max 450Euros, but keep in mind prices in my country are different from yours. Im from Montenegro and I can buy in Serbia. I agree with Benq PD2700Q (its also newer) I just do a bit of gaming so response time isnt that noticeable to me. I do system administration (Im learning it) and I do casual photoshop.

I managed to check the prices in Croatia and they are high indeed. I based my search on prices available in Germany and Hungary. It seems, your best shot it the PD2700Q

Yeah that's it, where I will buy it. Just kinda wondered if there is any better solution for 450 range. Thank you for your valuable insight.
