How do I fix this? My CPU is running at 90-100% usage for a good 3-10 minutes when I first boot up. I tried removing the Window Store but this didn't solve my issue at all.
What I've done trying to fix this issue:
Removed Windows Store
Flashed BIOS
I've tried running in safe mode (I use 0 CPU in safe mode)
I'm using a Ryzen 2700x.
