Black screen with cursor after boot windows logo

Hi.

First, I read a few related posts, but in my case there seems to be a slight difference, and the solutions there do not apply.

Well, happens that when turning on the computer, after the windows logo (10), the screen turns black but I can move the cursor (login screen does not appear).
If I reboot (case button) and enter safe mode, it arrives to the desktop, so I reboot (doing nothing) and succeed, boota normally (wtf trick, I did not even do anything).

What are the possibilities to fix this?

Possibly a corrupt profile. I would try creating a new user profile in safe mode, restart, then login using the new profile.

But when I restart again (after enter on safe mode and do nothing), it works normally.
The sequence is: I turn on the computer -> the black screen + cursor after the windows logo -> restart in safe mode -> normally enter the desktop -> restart in normal mode -> normally enter the desktop.
