B350 Usb 3.0 driver problem win 10

Need help here
I have asus B350 plus and ryzen 1700
Reinstalled windows and drivers from asus and amd web

Still usb 3.0 ports x4 cant detect 3.0 devices(device works fine with usb2.0 ,3.1and port can read usb 2.0)

Didnt have this problem a year ago
Also tried to load amd old drivers but fail in blue screen, forced to reinstall win...

Used some free driver detect ,and it says usb3.0 psp hub not install

Any ideals? Or good driver update programs suggestions?

USB3.0 drivers are included on Windows 10
Open Device Manager, right-click the name of the device, and select Uninstall. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If you haven't then try manually installing the USB drivers
Download the Asmedia USB 3.1 Driver form Asus support site
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-B350-PLUS/HelpDesk_Download/
Unzip the downloaded file.
Go to the Device Manager and right click the USB3.X controller and select 'Update driver'
Select 'Browse my computer for driver software', click on 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer' and Click the 'Have disk' button.
Browse the folder with the drivers you previously downloaded and unzipped (Driver_Win10 folder) and then select one of the Asmedia '.inf' driver file
Click Open and Next and follow installation prompts to install USB drivers.

Tried asus driver with no luck.
Setup file error: The asmedia USB controller was not found
Manually: tried many combination with update files,...failed ,or no change

Update new symtom when plug in usb3.0 drive or stick
Stuck on bios , no post
It is only working on ports 3.1 and 3.0 under lan port, not working on separate 3.0 on board.
Sometime usb power surge error pops up continuously, i know i can turn it off

Device show up for a while only in device and printer then dissapear with disconnect sound, so it should be driver /windows issue. But why was it stuck on bios? No clue

Which devices are you connecting?
What's your PSU model?
It appears that a USB device might be drawing more power than the USB port can deliver.
Or your power supply is not providing enough or reliable power to the motherboard.

Corsair Tx550m 80gold
Usb3.0,s hdd x2 usb 3.0 adaptoer for sd card stick
Any chance die to bios update?

You might need a powered USB hub.
