Black screen, can't navigate windows or do literally anything.

When turning my computer on, it immediately turns to a black screen on startup before I even get a chance to get to the login screen. When turning it on, I see the ASRock logo briefly, then it's just black.

Every single solution I've found online isn't possible for me because I literally can't do anything. I can't ctrl alt del, open cmd, or boot up in safe mode. I've tried unplugging everything and it still stays black the moment I turn it on.

My computer was fine yesterday. This happened completely out of the blue. Any other solutions that don't involve navigating Windows?

If you have another computer available to you, try to use the Windows Media Creation Tool.
