Yes it will be scince your motherboard has Graphics Interface: 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 which is more than enough for that card !
 
Your mobo has a compatible slot, so it should fit. But that also depends on the size of your case and free space within. Such cards are usually pretty long.

You also need a quality PSU with adequate wattage for this card. It uses approximately 200W alone, so a quality 500W PSU or stronger would be your best bet. And make sure it really is a good brand, not some cheap unit.

VS power supplies do not belong into a gaming rig. I would recommend RM series if you are going with Corsair. Seasonic also makes really good quality units, you should definitely check them out. Good luck!

Also a GTX 1080 might be a complete overkill, depending on the rest of your system specs and resolution you are gaming at.

but is it though for futureproofing becasue i want to play at max settings 1080p for a couple of years

GTX 1070 is already plenty for 1080p, it will give you way over 60 fps on ultra in pretty much any game. The final decision is up to you but I would definitely get a 1070 if all I am doing is playing @1080p
