Windows 10 newest update webcam problem

Windows X just updated yesterday. For some odd reason, my webcam wasn't working. I just assumed, because it's like 10 plus years old, it died. So I bought a new webcam. Same model "c270 logitech". Well it's not working either... Looked at devices, and shows up, and working. I removed it, turned off the pc, and reinstalled, still the same.

Hi, try this: go to Windows Settings, go to Privacy, on the left... click on Camera, be sure the Allow apps to access your camera option is turned On. Do the same under Microphone.

I had to enable both when my Logitech Pro 9000 webcam wouldn't work after the update.
