Windows 10 wont boot

So I recently bought a silicon power 256gb ssd and copied my os and some other files from my original hardrive but for some reason it wont boot. I have it set up as the priority boot device in the bios and everything.
I keep getting the recovery blue screen error code 0xc000000e.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Cloning is required to transfer OS from one drive to another. Simple copy/paste will not work.

Copied wasnt the best word to use sorry about that. I used the cloning software that came with the ssd. It is called echo 3
