My laptop is weird

Hi my laptop is an i3 laptop

and it shutsdown after 28 seconds on it own the windows symbol appears and under it says preparing automatic repair and then a flashy thing appear then it shuta down after my screen gets blue so I want to know the problem please

What's your laptop model?
Does that behavior started after a change, like Windows updates or a program installation or driver update?

I know, I'm late but it might still help. Here are some steps to follow:
1) Create a windows usb drive. Download windows here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
2) Boot onto the usb drive
3) Click on repair this computer
4) Click on startup repair and follow the steps if any
5) If it doesn't work, hold shift and press f10
6) Type cd C:, D:, E:, F:, G: untill you see something with these folders: Windows, Users & Program Files
7) Type sfc /scannow

Hi guys, yeah if u remember me I want to tell u the problem isn't the windows it turns out the laptops electric circuits so if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.
My laptop is Toshiba 2009 and it's i3 4gb ram I think.

Could be RAM, heat issues or a faulty hard drive

would first have a look at the RAM with memtest86, install it to an empty USB flash drive. Use the USB autoinstaller from this site:
http://www.memtest.org/download/5.01/memtest86+-5.01.usb.installer.zip

check the HDD with a tool like:
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
