BSOD ntoskrnl.exe win 10 driver power state failure after clean install of w10 spring update

Hi,
I did a clean install of win10 spring update. After that I constantly and randomly got BSOD ntoskrnl.exe driver power state failure. Latest BIOS, latest drivers but nothing helped. I cant figure it out from dmp, so I attached, what causes.
After I tried everything the google offered I reinstalled w10 but it didn't help.

PS: On the prev version of w10 everything works fine.
