Graphics card compatibility

I have a MSI MS-7778 Jasmine pci 2.0 motherboard will this run a GTX 1060 4 to 6gig memory GDDR5?

As long as the MB has the pcie 2.0X16, it will work fine with gtx1060. But make sure 1) you have the good PSU to handle the gtx1060, 2) if you use win8 or up , make sure read the info from HP support for using the non-OEM GPU on HP PC. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03653200 and 3) Make sure the MB has the newer BIOS too, because the MB needs the newer BIOS to support the newr hardware.
