I've been getting spread out BSOD from a system service exception error, which in event viewer shows up as a BugCheck with an ID of 1001, and the following lines in the description:
The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff801b396b04b, 0xfffff20024c02df0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 8ada883e-492b-4192-a771-653a1a9d541c.

The PC I'm running on right now is entirely new, I've replaced the motherboard and CPU once just trying to get it to function. It works perfectly inbetween crashes, and I've updated every driver I could find. I've tested the Hard Drive and the Memory, performed Disk Checks, and various other tests/fixes that were said to work. At the moment I'm sure it's still here, because after all my efforts it recently crashed from the same bug. I will supply the dump in hopes that someone else can figure out what's wrong. Thank you.

Solution

Usually that happens when there is a software driver bug. I didn't see any drivers listed in the minidump...maybe you want to create a full memory dump.
Make sure you have the latest BIOS.
Disable 'Fast Startup'

Yeah sorry I forgot to do that:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080
ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero
Intel i7-8700K 3.7GHz
16gbs DDR4 2133MHz (Corsair)
and I believe the PSU was 850W

What's the PSU model?

Yeah I checked in my bios and looked up online to make certain, I don't have an option for IEEE 1394, and my video card drivers are up to date.

There was no overclocking performed, I've run Memtest already, it came back with no negative results, and this issue started ever since the PC was freshly built a few days ago. I did have to download drivers for just about everything, so that may be part of it.

I have just now disabled fast startup and have updated my BIOS from Version 1001 to Version 1301, I've prepared my system to create a full memory dump but from the look of it there won't be a file for me to send until the unit crashes.
Let's just hope that doesn't happen. Thanks for your help so far.

EDIT: Yesterday after updating BIOS I was able to run the computer for the entirety of the day doing various tasks including gaming and idling, I didn't get even one crash, even when attempting things that would cause issue, I'm going to call this the solution until further notice because now all I can do is test and make sure nothing else happens. Thank you very much for your time, you really saved me from some headaches.
