Found a $300 monitor for $20 on eBay, is it safe? Can some one please explain...

Is this actually real and is it safe to buy? Because that’s crazy!
How can it go from $300 to $20??

I don’t think that’s the case, when it says that an “item is not available”, it’s saying that it got sold/ out of stock.
I also see a lot of gtx 1080s (even Ti s) for around $100, which is also really hard to believe.
