Cannot change password

I tried to change my tom's account password but when I go to the manage credentials option it shows a pop up with email address and type and re-type password. After I do that nothing happens. And the x won't even close the pop up box. How can I change my password? Thanks

Toms has a lot of odd random glitches, I've noticed. Try doing it from a private browser (Incognito, InPrivate mode, etc. depending on the browser) and see if that gets you any further.

There are several similar threads in the Forum Feedback section. The devs/admins are working on this, but no suspense has been determined that I am aware of.
