Windows 10 can't go to sleep.

Ive googled for a whole day and ive posted to the microsoft discussion.

Ive done everything that google can offer but my laptop wont go to sleep. If ill put it to sleep itll wake up after 10 secs. The reason stated was power button.

I can only make it go to sleep on safe mode but clean boot doesnt help.

No, I've given up on it for now. Completely bothers me when I'm working if I'll keep on thinking about it. I think the culprit is Intel Management Engine Interface driver which I need to downgrade to v 10 or v9 but I can't find a compatible driver. (Also got this idea from Googling).

Also, maybe it's just a Win 10 1803 bug?

will do. though I doubt I'll find anything useful since i already looked around alot. many people have this problem with one cause or another. nothing fixes my case though.
