Problem after update

My pc did the latest update but now won't restart windows. I get an option to choose a keyboard then when I enter my password I get a black screen with few icons but when I click on any they don't work. I've run the troubleshooting, found no problem, I don't have a restore point available. I've done hard reboot, none of the options work and it won't go back to previous version or let me reset the pc. Help please!

From what you've described, it seems like it's stuck in Tablet Mode. Link below on what you can attempt to change it back to desktop mode.
