This never use to happen before, but I just recently started using my computer again. In games such as Fortnite or World of Warcraft, my mouse acts unstable and is really jumpy as if the sensitivity was really high. In Fortnite this problem actually causes FPS lags. The issue only happens when I have an internet browser open in the background, and not all pages cause the problem. What could be the cause, or a way to fix it? This never use to happen before.
I have all updated drivers after a clean install of Windows 10. Self built gaming rig with an i5 processor, 16gb of ram, and two gtx950's so I am sure that there is more then enough power to support a full screen application and some background windows (As I have always before).
