Just updated when i shut my computer down, now my ssd is maxed?? I had plenty of space before. C drive only runs uperating system and office, and a few other small programs.

Anything I can do to get my drive space back or do I need to get a larger drive?

What, specifically, is telling you the drive space is maxed out?
It may be telling you about a system partition that now has a drive letter. NOT the whole SSD.

Also, install and run WinDirStat.
Post the screencap here.

Microsoft backs up certain OS files when major OS updates are installed. This happens in the Spring and Fall. These files are saved so you can rollback Windows if you experience problems with the update. Windows will eventually remove these files. The files are stored in C:\Windows.old.
