Hey, today i noticed some weird things with my pc. First of all, my games didnt want to start, so i restarted my PC. After that i got blue screen with the message "your pc ran into problems, we are trying to fix bla bla bla". After that i had a chance to reset this pc, automatic fix, troubleshoot and all that. Sadly none of those options seem to work. I tried to reset my pc and it said we "we got some problems resetting your pc" or something like that. So my question is, how could i fix my pc? Is there anyone who knows what should i do? Big thanks!

You can run a scan and allow windows to check it self / files and see if it finds any issues.

See what that tells you.

If all that fails, then I would recommend things like check the hard rive for corruption and even reinstalling windows 10. Maybe even buying a new HDD and starting fresh with a new install.

Edit: I'm aware that may seem "extreme" but actually it's very normal and the go to solution for these things.
mmmm

I work in IT and so many things could be causing this I am not sure where to start to help you.

First, lets rule out USB issues. please unplug all the USB drives from your pc and see if it will boot. (yes, I've seen a bad mouse cause this type of error once)

Second, I hope your data is backed up because you can try a "clean" reset of your win 10 pc. problem is it will wipe everything "not" windows 10 off the pc.

let me know if you would like to try something other then step 2, there are a few other things you can try other then step 2 if you want; just no where near as certain to work.

If use programs that require high video performance (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator), without having the minimum requirements that are required can cause a blue screen and restart the computer. For example i have a GTX 860M NVIDIA graphics card and to open these programs i obtained a blue screen. I got a solution to use these programs without get the blue screen.
