144 hz vs 240 hz

Hello guys I've decided to buy a high refresh rate monitor and made some research on prices and features of some monitors.At the end I ended up deciding between a 144hz BenQ Zowie XL2411P and 240 hz AOC AGON AG251FZ.I know that the BenQ monitor doesn't have any type of variable refresh rate and the AOC has Adaptive sync.
My pc has
1060 WINDFORCE OC 3G
i3 8100 @3.6 GHz 4 core
8 gb ram @ 2400 MHz Single channel
as important fps driving parts.
The games I play are CS:GO(Used to be lem-supreme),WoW,Brawlhalla,PUBG and some singleplayer games like Skyrim,Fallout
So which is better ? Also the BenQ monitor goes for around 250-260e in my country and the AOC one goes for 300e minimum.

There is not a big noticeable difference between 144hz and 240hz unless you truly want that, so I would say it isn't worth paying 50 more for the AOC. Go with the BenQ
